Dr. Daniel Hollar has a breadth of experience with law enforcement agencies and personnel. For over 12 years, he worked alongside law enforcement professionals at the largest forensic psychiatric inpatient hospital in Florida providing individual and group therapy, competency evaluation and training as well as mental status evaluations for involuntary commitments and has provided expert testimony in the State of Florida. Dr. Hollar has done subcontracted work for the Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Children and Families for over a decade. Additionally, he has 15 years of psychological assessment experience in private practice; with an expertise in suicide risk assessment. Dr. Hollar has taught undergraduate and graduate students and currently serves as Assistant Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and Department Chair of Psychology at a historic, private university in Florida, Bethune-Cookman University. He has co-authored more than 10 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals, authored a book chapter on Mental Health Treatment for Diverse Populations , and authored a book on Suicide and Eating Disordered Behavior. Dr. Hollar completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Florida State University.
Dr. Inger Daniels-Hollar has over 15 years of experience in statistical, mathematical and financial modeling. Her analytical services have been retained by Wall Street banks, financial research firms, and academic institutions. Dr. Daniels’ research has been mentioned by media outlets such as the New York Times, CNBC and Bloomberg. She currently conducts research in implicit bias and group dynamics and how these phenomena affect the functioning of management, decision-making and profitability of the largest US corporations. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and studied Computational Finance at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Daniels also holds a PhD in Finance from Florida State University, where she taught courses in corporate finance, portfolio management, and securities analysis. She currently serves as Assistant Professor Finance in the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University. Prior to FL A&M University, she served as Director of Academic Excellence at the Wake Forest University School of Business, where she taught courses in mortgage-backed securities, financial modeling and statistics. Prior to Wake Forest, Dr. Daniels served as Vice President of Agency Mortgage-Backed Security Research at Citigroup Global Markets Division in New York City.
