Cultural Competency & Implicit Bias Resolution Training
Daninger’s Cultural Competency and Implicit Bias Training program is specifically designed to meet the cultural competency needs of police departments, police officers, law enforcement supervisors, security officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians, but can be customized to meet the needs of any firm interacting with or employing diverse populations.
Police officers must navigate both friendly and sensitive interactions with people from culturally diverse backgrounds. A lack of cultural competency among a law enforcement teams can lead to potentially dangerous misunderstandings between officers and those they serve.
